As a vote counter in South Africa’s first democratic election in 1994, she played a role in one of history’s most transformative moments, the election of Nelson Mandela. This experience counting votes, which took place over 7 days and 7 nights, cemented her commitment to driving meaningful change, whether in society or in business.

As a business owner and a busy mum, Joshna knows the challenges of balancing work and life while striving for success. She brings this understanding to her clients, helping them create businesses that align with their goals and allow them to live more fulfilling lives.
